Junaid Khan is a professional Pakistani cricketer born on 24 December 1989 in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He is a left-arm fast medium bowler and a right-arm batsman. Junaid Khan made his international debut for Pakistan in a One Day International (ODI) against West Indies in 2011. Junaid Khan is known for his ability to swing the ball from both sides and has been a consistent performer for Pakistan in the bowling department. Junaid Khan has guided the world's number one batsman Virat Kohli to the pavilion countless times. He was the second top wicket taker after Hasan Ali for Pakistan in the 2017 Champions Trophy. After that he was completely ignored by the team. Apart from his international career, Junaid Khan has also played for various domestic teams of Pakistan, including Peshawar Zalmi, Multan Sultan, in the Pakistan Super League.
